Which wood species do you export?
SBI Timber focuses exclusively on genuine Teak Wood (Tectona grandis), available as both rough round logs and custom square-sawn lumber according to buyer requirements.
What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For overseas exports, orders typically ship by full container loads (20-foot or 40-foot FCL). Break-bulk shipments can also be arranged for high-volume contracts.
What export documentation is provided?
Our export desk provides complete documentation: Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, and official Phytosanitary & Fumigation clearance certificates.
Can we conduct pre-shipment inspections?
Yes, buyers or their designated third-party inspection surveyors (such as SGS or Bureau Veritas) are welcomed at our storage yards prior to container stuffing.
What are typical shipment timelines?
Stock logs ship within 1 to 2 weeks post contract confirmation and LC opening. Custom cut dimensions generally require 3 to 4 weeks for seasoning and processing.
